Dairy Assistant Chatbot — Multilingual Guidance Where Bandwidth is Scarce
The dairy assistant was designed for moments when a farmer has a question, a cheap phone, and a weak signal. It had to be patient in multiple languages, understand a small set of problems very well, and know when to hand off. The assistant also doubles as an on-ramp to camera-based assessments; if the farmer mentions weight or BCS, the flow guides them to a scan and then helps interpret the result.
